How Every Engagement Is Structured
Orchid Flux does not use a one-size-fits-all model. Each engagement begins with a scoping conversation to understand your team's composition, current AI familiarity, and operational priorities. From there, content, exercises, and deliverables are tailored accordingly.
Our quality assurance process runs at two points: mid-engagement, where we check that the work is tracking against objectives, and at close, where deliverables are reviewed against the agreed brief before handover.

AI Opportunity Discovery Workshop
A facilitated engagement bringing cross-functional teams together to surface where AI can address specific organisational challenges. Structured exercises help participants identify high-value use cases, assess what is feasible, and sketch preliminary paths forward.
The workshop is designed for mixed audiences — combining technical and non-technical perspectives. Three to four half-day sessions over approximately two weeks. Suitable for organisations at the early stages of considering AI as part of their operational toolkit.

The programme spans six weeks with weekly live sessions supported by self-guided exercises. Content is adapted for different roles — from frontline staff who interact with AI tools daily to managers overseeing AI-augmented workflows.
