Does my team need prior AI experience to participate?
No prior experience is needed. Our workshops and training programmes are designed specifically for mixed audiences โ people who work with data daily alongside colleagues who have never opened a machine learning tool. We build from foundational concepts upward, at a pace that works for the whole group.
How long does each engagement typically run?
The AI Opportunity Discovery Workshop spans three to four half-day sessions over roughly two weeks. The AI Fluency Training runs across six weeks with one live session per week. The Intelligent Process Redesign is the most extensive, typically spanning eight to twelve weeks depending on process complexity and team availability.
What does the pricing cover โ is it per person or per team?
The listed prices are base engagement fees, not per-person rates. They cover facilitation, content design, deliverable preparation, and follow-up review. For larger teams or organisations with multiple departments to involve, we discuss scope during the initial consultation and adjust accordingly.
Will AI automation mean some of our staff lose their roles?
This is a fair concern and one we take seriously. Our focus is on augmentation โ helping people work more effectively โ rather than wholesale replacement. The Intelligent Process Redesign engagement includes explicit conversation around workforce impact, and we help teams think through how to manage transitions thoughtfully.
Can we start with one service and expand later?
Absolutely. Many clients begin with the Discovery Workshop to understand where the biggest opportunities lie, then move into the Fluency Training to build the team's capacity, before pursuing Process Redesign in specific areas. Each engagement stands on its own, and there is no obligation to proceed further after any one of them.
Is the content adapted to our specific industry?
Yes. Before each engagement we gather information about your sector, workflows, and team composition. Examples, exercises, and use cases are tailored so participants recognise the problems being discussed as their own โ not generic scenarios from a different industry.
